My Boss Hates Radiohead, but the Internets Don’t

Radiohead released their new album called “In Rainbows” on their website as a download where you name your price. What a crazy concept?
You might think:
- That is just giving the album away, how could you make money?
- Wow they made a ton of money because the amount of marketing traffic they are getting from the controversial “name your price” ( hitwise marks them as the most popular UK music website last week.)
- Radiohead is changing the music industry (see changewaves post about how this could mean the end to artists signing with record labels for distribution)
- Or, you might think, “Who cares it is Radiohead” (see Ed Schipul)

Yes, your boss hates Radiohead. Wait, does he or doesn’t he. He says he hates them yet he bought the new album. Does he really like them or does he really really like internet fads?
