Pot calling the kettle “black”?

That expression seems a bit dated as I haven’t used or seen a kettle in a while.
However I think it is really funny that YouTube has sent TechCrunch a copyright infringement cease and desist letter. It seems that the guys at TechCrunch made this tool that downloads the YouTube videos so that you can put it on your video ipod. I just finished watching a 20 minute video episode of the “Simpsons” on YouTube. Copyright infringement?
It seems if you are pushing the envelope in what copyright can and cannot do… you shouldn’t be sending letters of cease and desist of any kind to people that just want to put the videos on ipods? Just my oppinion. Let me know what you think?
